I’m Kelsey, the virtual assistant who’s equal parts organized and opinionated… in the best way. I created KFVA because I saw too many incredible entrepreneurs drowning in to-do lists, stuck in the weeds of admin, and totally disconnected from the why behind their business. That’s where I come in, your behind-the-scenes hype girl and right-hand woman, making magic happen while you stay in your zone of genius.
Whether I’m crafting systems, creating content, or managing your inbox with the precision of a ninja in pink, my goal is simple: to help your business run smoother, feel lighter, and look damn good doing it.

It all started when I decided to leave my 9-5 and work from home to be closer to my babies.
I started Kelsey Farley VA because I knew I wanted more than the typical 9 to 5. I wanted to be present with my family, explore Arizona, have freedom in my days, and still contribute financially while doing something I actually enjoy.
Walking away from traditional work wasn’t easy, but it felt right. I wanted to show my kids, especially my daughter, that building a life you love is possible. Growing up, I only saw my dad making money. He worked hard, but I didn’t see women doing that kind of work. Now I get to change that narrative and show my daughter that women can earn, lead, and thrive too.
KFVA lets me do work that matters while still being there for the everyday moments that mean the most. This business isn’t just about admin tasks and client work. It’s about creating a life with intention, flexibility, and joy- and helping others do the same.
